You're not imagining it. IBS is real, disruptive, and often badly managed. If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Abdominal pain and bloating that flares without warning, regardless of how carefully you've eaten.
Bowel habits that make travelling, eating out, or getting through a workday genuinely stressful.
More and more foods cut out, yet symptoms keep returning with no clear pattern to explain why.
You've been told to manage stress or eat more fibre, but never given a structured, evidence-based path forward.
The problem isn't willpower or effort. It's that you've never had the right roadmap.
The FODMAP diet is the most evidence-based dietary approach for IBS. It only works when done properly, with clinical guidance at every stage. This is a three-phase process with a clear outcome: knowing exactly what you can and cannot eat.
We remove high-FODMAP foods to give your gut a reset and establish a symptom baseline. You'll receive a personalised meal plan to make this phase as manageable as possible.
One FODMAP group at a time, we systematically reintroduce foods using 3-day challenges. This is where we identify exactly what triggers your symptoms and what doesn't.
Using what we've learnt, we build your long-term diet. One that controls your symptoms without being unnecessarily restrictive. Maximum variety. Minimum suffering.
Every consultation and every phase of this program works toward the same four results.
No more guessing. You'll know exactly which FODMAPs cause your symptoms and which ones you can eat freely.
Built for your body, your preferences, and your lifestyle. No generic templates or one-size-fits-all diets.
We track your symptom severity with a validated clinical tool before and after. You'll see exactly how much you've improved.
You won't need to follow a rigid diet forever. You'll finish this program understanding your gut well enough to manage it independently.

Do I need a formal IBS diagnosis to do this program?
Not necessarily. Many people who benefit from FODMAP haven't received a formal diagnosis, but do have persistent gut symptoms that fit the IBS picture. If you're unsure, we'll discuss your symptoms in the initial consultation and determine whether FODMAP is the right approach for you.
Is the elimination phase really that restrictive?
It's more structured than restrictive. You'll receive a personalised meal plan in the first appointment so you know exactly what to eat. Most clients find Phase 1 manageable once they have the plan in hand. The goal is to keep you well-nourished while we identify your triggers.
What if I've already tried cutting out foods and it hasn't helped?
Self-directed elimination rarely produces clear answers because it lacks the systematic structure of a clinical FODMAP program. Without the reintroduction phase, you can't identify which specific FODMAP groups are causing your symptoms. This program gives you that structure and a dietitian to interpret the results.
Can I get a Medicare rebate?
Medicare rebates may apply with a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Ask your GP if this is appropriate for your situation. All consultations are conducted online via video call, available Australia-wide.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice a meaningful reduction in symptoms by the end of Phase 1, typically around weeks 4–6. The full picture, including knowing your specific triggers, comes at the end of Phase 2 around weeks 8–10.
Navigating everyday life during the program is one of the hardest parts. These two guides are included with your program at no extra cost.
Practical strategies for navigating restaurants, cafes, and social meals during the elimination phase, without derailing your results.

Before your first session, we measure your symptom severity using the IBS Symptom Severity Score (IBS-SSS), a validated clinical questionnaire used in research and practice worldwide. We do the same at your final session.
If you attend all four consultations, follow the program, and your score hasn't meaningfully improved, you'll receive an additional consultation at no charge. This program is built on evidence, not guesswork.
